[伊勢神宮] 神宮の森に注ぐ陽光 - Sunlight Pouring into the Sacred Forest

2006年から2015年の約10年間　伊勢神宮の公式記録写真家として務める中で
撮影された6万点以上の写真は　代表作　「現代に生きる神話」　としてまとめられている

《Ise Jingu Grand Shrine》
Mythology Alive in the Present

From 2006 to 2015, he served as the official documentary photographer of Ise Jingu. Over this decade, he captured more than 60,000 photographs, which were compiled into his seminal work, "Mythology Alive in the Present.“
This collection encapsulates the sacred 2,000-year history of Ise Jingu and its mythological essence, presenting a visual narrative that transcends time and space—a photographic tapestry that conveys the mystical stories of the past to the modern world.

神宮の森に注ぐ陽光

伊勢神宮は早朝が特に美しい。
玉砂利の絨毯が続く内宮の参道を歩くとちょうど皇大神宮の社殿の方角の神宮の森の隙間から神々しい陽光が差し込んできた。

《Sunlight Pouring into the Sacred Forest》

Ise Jingu is especially beautiful in the early morning.
As I walked along the path of white pebbles leading to the Inner Shrine, divine rays of sunlight streamed through a gap in the sacred forest—shining directly in the direction of the main sanctuary of the Kotaijingu.
