2006年から2015年の約10年間　伊勢神宮の公式記録写真家として務める中で
撮影された6万点以上の写真は　代表作　「現代に生きる神話」　としてまとめられている
伊勢神宮の二千年におよぶ悠久の歴史と　神話的な世界観を捉えたもので
時空を超えた神秘的な物語を　現代に伝える写真絵巻となっている
 
《Ise Jingu Grand Shrine》
Mythology Alive in the Present
From 2006 to 2015, he served as the official documentary photographer of Ise Jingu. Over this decade, he captured more than 60,000 photographs, which were compiled into his seminal work, "Mythology Alive in the Present.“
This collection encapsulates the sacred 2,000-year history of Ise Jingu and its mythological essence, presenting a visual narrative that transcends time and space—a photographic tapestry that conveys the mystical stories of the past to the modern world.
 
天孫降臨
日本人の心のふるさとと呼ばれる伊勢。
この地では、二千年の昔に天照大神がご鎮座され以来神話が現代でも息づく日本最高峰の聖地だ。
俗界から聖界への架け橋・宇治橋の夜明け前の空は宇宙を内包した様に美しい。神話のはじまり天孫降臨を垣間見る光景は神々しい。
 
《Descent of the Heavenly Grandchild》
Ise is often called the spiritual homeland of the Japanese people.
It is Japan’s most revered sacred site, where Amaterasu-Omikami, the Sun Goddess, has been enshrined for over two thousand years, and where ancient mythology still lives on today.
Just before dawn, the sky above Uji Bridge—the symbolic passage from the earthly world to the sacred realm—radiates a cosmic beauty, as if embracing the universe itself.
The divine scene offers a glimpse of the mythological beginning: the heavenly descent of the celestial grandchild.
